Accounting and Legal

We will assist with the Payments and Statement: Utility bills, water, gas, electricity, trash, TV service, telephone/Internet etc. Follow up to membership’s payments and any other matters with the Master Condominium, Accounting services, Legal advising, Mortgage, Insurance, Property Tax and trust. Follow up to vendors and suppliers payments as well as to housekeeping and maintenance supervision.

Housekeeping

We will assist finding, training and bringing support to the staff to fulfil your service needs. Quality, Trust, Professionalism and Attention to detail are some of the qualities we seek when looking for the house´s staff. Our experience has help us build a team well train and accustomed to bring high quality results.

Maintenance

We provide a personalized service in home maintenance by having a preventive maintenance timetable to increase the value and beauty of your property, we designed our maintenance protocols to ensure a full functioning property at all times.
